Complete guide for setting up gymnastics competitions


Event Setup Process

Super Admin Panel - Administrative configuration phase

    Create a new event e.g. Infinity × Leap Invitational WAG Meet
  2. 2
    Select relevant categories e.g.: National 4, National 5, National 6
  3. 3
    Update Status/Published Flag to Active
  4. 4
    Assign judges to all apparatus based on MAG/WAG event
  5. 5
    Verify Configuration: Use the check icon in event manager to verify all actions and settings are correct

Participant Registration

  1. 1
    Add Districts within the relevant state where participating clubs are located
  2. 2
    Add Clubs
  3. 2
    Important: Complete all club additions before proceeding to bulk registrations

Bulk Registrations: Upload Excel files for each club containing gymnast information

  • Select the Event
  • Select the specific Club
  • Choose and upload Excel file for that club
  • Click Submit to process the registration

Host Club Panel Operations

Critical Timing: Login to HOST Club Panel only after ALL gymnasts have been successfully added to the system
Prerequisites: Divisions must be created ONLY after all gymnasts are added to the system

    Go to Registrations → Sessions in the Host Club Panel

    Add Division

    Create divisions in each session. Important: Club must be selected while adding each division

  3. 3
    Add Groups

    Create groups within each division to organize gymnasts by skill level and age

Process Summary

Phase 1

Super Admin creates event, configures levels, assigns judges

Phase 2

Add districts and clubs, then bulk register gymnasts

Phase 3

Host Club Panel creates divisions and groups after all registrations are complete
