STRIDERS

1. Applicants must submit their entries by registering online and paying the entry fees

2. Applicants must submit their entries only via the online mode. No individual/group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the Event Promoters

3. Before sending in your application, please check if you -

a. Have filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form.
b. Have agreed to the ‘Data Privacy Policy’ and ‘Rules and Guidelines’ in the application form.
c. Have paid the requisite registration fees.
d. Have met the minimum age eligibility criteria of the event.

4. Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above-mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not to be accepted

5. You can record your activity by using any GPS based device or mobile app. For e.g. Runkeeper, Strava, Garmin, Nike Running etc. You can upload your data along with the screenshot of the run from the link provided with registration confirmation mail. If you have not received the confirmation mail, please mail to: events@striders.in.

6. Event promoters will not be held responsible for any discrepancy/ error in activity data collected from the suggested apps/method of auto integration or failure to receive activity data from the suggested apps, from the participant for any reason

7. Screenshots submitted shall be subject to verification by the Event promoters. Where any discrepancy is observed in the activity results displayed, participant’s specific activity/activities shall stand disqualified and will not be considered in overall performance of the said participant.

8. Once the applicant has paid for the TCS Fit4life Corporate Challenge, requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained

9. Your entry is not transferable to any other person under any circumstance

10. Do not participate if you have any medical conditions. Event organizers/promoters are not responsible for your health and safety

11. Participants must follow and adhere to all prevailing COVID-19 guidelines/Government Rules (GR) that the Government of India or the respective State Government/s enforce with regards to public lockdown, social distancing, public gathering etc. The Event promoters/their employees/Event Sponsors/Event Partners/their associates will not be responsible for actions or the consequences arising out of participant’s failure to follow any such guidelines/GR

12. Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned on the website prior to submitting your application

13. Event Promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of the TCS Fit4life Corporate Challenge at any point in time

14. Minimum age to participate is 18 years

15. Participants should run only in their selected category and not exceed the distance.

17. The Run is to be done at the participant’s convenience, anytime between 00:00 hrs and 23:59 hrs (mentioned distance must be done at one go), on the dates (28th March to 17th April 2022) of the run. There is no cut off time for the individual category.

18. Participants will have to upload the data before 6 PM 18th April 2022.
